Daily, from 06/03/2019 to 06/07/2019, 9:00 AM - 12:30 AM
Welcome! Our goal is to help our children become true disciples of Jesus Christ by: building relationships with them, Being examples for them and teaching them God’s Word.
Birth - Pre-K
The Preschool Park serves children birth to Pre-K. Our classes offer the delights of childhood while cultivating a place to be nurtured spiritually and developmentally. We meet each Sunday morning at 9:00 am for LifeGroups and offer Worship Care during our Worship Service at 10:30am.
Kindergarden - 2nd Grade
Downtown serves our Kindergarten through 2nd Grade students. As students are beginning their educational journey, it is our goal to come alongside and build an intentional foundation of God’s Word in their lives.
3rd grade - 5th grade
Uptown is especially designed for our 3rd through 5th grade students. After several years of intentional foundation building, we desire to continue to build on that foundation, and guide our students to a personal relationship with Christ. Through lively and engaging, church opportunities each week, we provide practical application for becoming and growing as a Christ follower.
Keeping your child safe is our priority! All children are checked in and out through our ShelbyNext Kiosks and wear a nametag. There is a unique code on each child’s label that we use to make sure that every child goes home with the right person. Doors open at 8:45am and we ask that all K-2nd Grade students are picked up by 10:15am, so that our LifeGroup Leaders have an opportunity to get to Worship on time. 3rd-5th grade students free release, so please make sure that you have discussed a plan of where to meet your student(s) prior to leaving for your LifeGroup. We also ask that parents drop off their K-5th grade students outside the Downtown or Uptown doors. As you can probably imagine, when parents walk through Downtown or Uptown, things can get crazy really fast. Our desire is to always be able to look around the room and account for every adult that is in our UpStreet Kids Ministry areas. Finally, we ask that you don’t send distractions (toys and/or electronics) with your kids, as we cannot be responsible should something happen to them.
